It is amazingly awful but the subject of biological weapons does not get enough attention. And we all have grounds to worry about it. There you will find information about allegedly 'scientific research' that in fact turned out to be creation of new viruses or simply weapons that will be used against people. The viruses are already being tested and there are many evidence of it, e.g. Lugar Centre in Tbilisi which is described in the article.
